About the Role:

The Corporate Marketing team has a new opportunity to support FTI Consulting's key marketing programs and initiatives across the company. The Associate, Corporate Marketing will own and manage several enterprise-wide marketing platforms, including the corporate merchandise store; spearhead key marketing programs like the corporate headshot program; maintain and update collateral and disseminate it across the business and externally; assist with logistics of various marketing projects, including events; and support the Marketing function through logistical and administrative duties. This position will report to the Manager, Marketing & Events.

What You'll Do:
  • Collaborate with the Manager, Corporate Marketing & Events to manage the corporate merchandise & stationery store by working directly with external vendors on restocking inventory, researching new products, streamlining ordering processes, and act as approver for all business card requests
  • Own the corporate client entertainment platform by liaising with the business segments to upload FTI-expensed ticket packages into the system, pulling monthly reports on usage, coordinating with various teams for ticket information, and making suggestions to incentivize ticket usage and optimize ROI
  • Lead the corporate headshot program by creating a yearly calendar of in-office headshot days, working with office management or EA teams to coordinate schedules, building communications campaigns, and sending out final headshots to FTI professionals
  • Own the creation and send-out of weekly internal and external thought leadership emails, working with various teams on gathering content and analyzing engagement
  • Assist with logistical support and planning of corporate events, including golf outings, conferences, investor days, and global townhalls
  • Liaise with the Business Development team to prepare event dossiers and identify key targets for client events
  • Own the follow-up engagement process and track ROI for client events
  • Assist with creation of internal invitation campaigns utilizing platforms like Zoom, Eloqua and Splash
  • Constantly seek out ways to improve workstreams and increase team efficiencies
  • Be constantly plugged into every part of the firm, building strong relationships with various teams and developing a broad knowledge of what's happening throughout FTI
  • Support the internal marketing function by creating, drafting and editing key thought leadership pieces and FTI Success Stories
  • Work with various FTI marketing teams globally to keep abreast of new service offerings, products and launches and assist with the communications campaigns surrounding them
  • Additional administrative responsibilities as needed

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations (or related)
  • Minimum 1 years of related internship or full-time experience
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
  • Travel required to FTI office(s).
  • COVID Vaccine required*

  • Strong proofreading and editing skills
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills are required
  • Must be able to interact, communicate and collaborate with a wide variety of individuals at all levels of the organization

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a professional environment both on a team and independently
  • Experience using email management/distribution platform preferred (i.e., Knak, Eloqua)
