Responsibilities
  • Own, monitor and manage TPS HW/SW product developments within all BU's.
  • Drive product requirements into the product during its lifecycle phase, ensuring we are building what the current business needs as outlined by the Market requirements.
  • Participate, own and/or lead continuous process improvement projects via the teams outlined initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of new Product Requirements Documents
  • Coordinate with Engineering teams to ensure products are optimized for cost, manufacturability, testability, supply chain flexibility, and efficiency
  • Lead global cross-functional teams to drive project tasks, communicate issues, and prepare for production ramp and/or product transitions.
  • Plan and execute development (NPI) builds and ensure these products transition to production within cost, quality and capacity parameters.
  • Balance process compliance with achievement of business objectives to make the right strategic trade-off for the program.
  • Document and communicate status, action items, issues and risks in a timely manner to key stake holders. Escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary.
  • Demonstrate ability to write concise, well summarized reports to senior management.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, manufacturing, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of project management and/or related experience in the manufacturing of technology hardware, including support of firmware and software.
  • Project management discipline with strong knowledge of product life cycle processes
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products with a heavy focus on Project, Excel, Power Point, and Word
  • Strong, demonstrated commitment to teamwork and working with internal and external customers.
  • Familiarity with issue-tracking software such as JIRA
  • Familiarity with PLM system such as Arena or similar documentation and change management system.
  • Familiarity with ERP system such as SAP
  • PMP certification preferred.
