Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Senior Vice President of Revenue at MDLinx,an M3 company.

Through our award-winning digital platform, MDLinx.com, we provide healthcare professionals with the clinical resources, training, research, and wellness content they need to succeed and help patients. We are well-established in our market with a loyal following and over 15 years of experience and history in the digital space. We offer marketing services to pharma, agencies, and market research companies, that offer access to this vast subscriber network, and to the subscribers, a free membership to a world of medical news, trends, clinical articles, and quizzes.
The Senior Vice President of Revenue will be responsible for driving revenue at MDLinx, including oversight of the Ad Sales, Marketing, and other related functions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with other members of the executive team to represent the revenue department within the strategic planning process.
- Build and foster creative teams committed to continuing our culture of exceeding client ad performance expectations.
- Monitor the revenue pipeline to ensure growth and accurate revenue forecasting.
- Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, providing competitive analysis and feedback to inform business decisions.
- Stay well-connected with customers to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into the product development and enhancement cycle.
- Collaborate with finance, product management and growth teams to create business models and achieve revenue goals.
- Identify and resolve issues across the marketing/sales and account management functions.
- Participate in contract negotiations
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in ad sales management and leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth
- Digital pharmaceutical sales or healthcare marketing experience to physicians preferred. Existing relationships with key agency personnel a big plus.
- Proven track record of growing revenue through aligning new product development and marketing with advertiser needs.
- Proven experience developing and executing business strategy
- History of decision-making based on business metrics
- Inspirational leadership style and hands-on approach
