Summary
The Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, designing, and implementing the marketing efforts around Topcon's retail companies (Topcon Solutions Store, or TSS). With the support of the TSS business development team, this role will determine the most effective methods needed to meet the needs of customers in these regions.
Responsibilities
- Target specific channels within the TSS regions to promote products and services, including pay-per-click advertising, social media platforms, emails, website content, and SEO strategies.
- Creating marketing strategies, delivering assets, and running campaigns will be the primary responsibilities of this role.
- Work closely with the Topcon Americas Marketing team to evangelize and champion a variety of solutions and make sure assets are shared between groups while maintaining consistency in our messaging and creative.
- Responsible for all TSS marketing messaging to help customize promotion efforts, design, and implement measurements to analyze effectiveness, and quantify revenue generated from executed channel activities.
- Collaborate with our marketing agency to develop and execute an advertising strategy
- Assist with the design and creation of collateral requested by the sales team..
- Meet regularly with the TSS sales management teams to keep up to date on trends and solutions that are popular in the market, or need a bigger push.
- Act as the main point of contact for all things marketing for TSS.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or in a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in channel marketing or running a small marketing department.
- In-depth knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques.
- Strong understanding of construction technology a huge plus.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Superb communication and collaboration capabilities.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Strong adobe creative cloud skills.
- Website building knowledge a plus.
- Experience with Asana or other project management tool preferred.
- The ability to travel within the USA approx 25% of the time is crucial.
- There will be many times the CMS will be asked to visit active construction sites.
- Ability to climb on and off of heavy machinery.
