HRLink Compliance Specialist

Job Description
The HR Compliance Specialist provides administrative support to the HRLink team and provides support to the HR Compliance Analyst. Administrative support will range from ordering department supplies, handling the printer maintenance, and preparing new hire packets and badges on a weekly basis. HR Compliance support in managing the EMPD inbox, entering certifications from new hires and rehires, review and process the Worker Change report, verify end of the month missing documents and check for missing or expired renewed licensure, work with compensation to correct position requirement listed in Workday, update jobs when compensation makes universal changes to certification requirements, enter certifications for acquired groups, check for missing documents and assist the HR Compliance Analyst duringJoint Commission surveys.
