About the Role

We are involved in complex, global and high-profile litigation, arbitration and investigations combining end-to-end risk advisory, investigative and disputes expertise to deliver holistic solutions for our clients.

Our Dispute Advisory Services (DAS) practice assists plaintiff and defendants' litigation counsel, as well as corporate clients, with complex applied-economic and data issues, financial, and accounting issues in dispute and investigative matters:
  • Securities, accounting, and regulatory enforcement matters (litigation and investigations)
  • Commercial disputes
  • Financial product matters (including securities litigation, crypto, MBS, derivatives, and AML).
  • Intellectual property matters, Antitrust, Labor and Employment
  • Valuation, restructuring, and solvency matters


What You'll Do

  • Perform day-to-day activities in support of forensic and litigation consulting projects including interaction with client personnel, other team members, and professionals from other firms involved in the engagement.
  • Perform technical, industry, and company research utilizing online tools and publicly available information, develop work plans and execute analyses to assess complex unstructured problems, assist in preparing reports and schedules summarizing findings that will be delivered to clients and other parties.
  • Maintain detailed working paper records reflecting assumptions, methodologies, and sources of information employed during the performance of all analytical tasks.
  • Work with local Senior Managing Director on practice management and business development efforts.

This is an excellent opportunity for a person with proven, hands-on litigation support and/or forensic investigation experience to join a growing, dynamic team and work on a variety of projects in several industries. Consultants and Senior Consultants will contribute to develop an approach to projects, or parts of large projects, alongside senior members of the team.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelors or master's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field
  • Three+ years of finance or accounting experience
  • A general understanding of valuation, accountancy, finance and economics and have top notch writing and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
  • Proficient use and analysis of computer models and development of dynamic spreadsheet applications
  • Desire to work towards ABV, CFF, CFA, CFE, CPA, ASA, CVA or other professional designation
  • Ability to travel up to 10-25% of the time
