Due to our continued growth and most recent acquisition, we are looking for an experienced Account Director join NAS Recruitment Innovation in Cleveland, Ohio or work remotely. Mission:

NAS Recruitment Innovation, a M3 USA company, is looking for an experienced Account Director to join our growing team. Our Account management team handle a roster of clients in multiple industries and locations across the nation, addressing wide-ranging projects from hiring strategies and employment branding to social media planning and programmatic media management. This vital role requires a go-getter who can hit the ground running. Agency experience, particularly in the recruitment industry, is highly desirable.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support s client meeting preparation, delivery, and execution
  • Manage, coordinate and attend necessary marketing vendor functions for execution
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms
  • Deploy content to social media platforms based on pre-approved Content Calendar and discuss updates in content, metrics, and campaign reporting
  • Provide support on project timeline management working with vendors to align with delivery
  • Review campaign results to measure success and establish lessons learned to go forward
  • Attend client's weekly servicing calls as needed to ensure tactical deliverables are being met and align with client expectations


Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in marketing, advertising or customer service in an account service role; experience in recruitment marketing is a strong plus
  • Ability to upsell clients on strategies and products that meet their goals and needs
  • Proven expertise managing detailed projects and activities across multiple clients
  • Strong relationship management, presentation and time-management skills
  • Willingness to learn and the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs
  • Ability to travel (10-15%) to meet with our clients once domestic travel resumes.
