This position's primary responsibility will focus on balance sheet reconciliations of bank accounts. This position will develop a formal transition plan migrating the current monthly cash reconciliation process to daily reconciliations for all health system bank accounts. The position will partner with internal stakeholders to ascertain proper recording of cash related transactions. The position will leverage the accounting system technology to create efficiencies within the reconciliation process for bank accounts. The position will assist in global Treasury projects around cash dashboards and cash forecasting.
Additional duties will include monthly investment reconciliations and system wide credit card processing operational support.
This position will also serve as a backup for all transactional banking operations plus banking portal security maintenance.
