Job Summary:
The analyst will need to assess and understand the needs of the business in order to translate them into either functional requirements or user stories as the project/request dictates so that the implementation team may develop the appropriate technical solution. The ideal candidate will also be able to assist the team with the configuration and the customization of the Salesforce.com platform. The ideal candidate will engage in writing detailed test cases/scripts and will primarily be responsible for executing them. The Business Systems Analyst role will act as a bridge between the various business units and the Customer Applications Implementation team and will support the Manager of Customer Applications in the evaluation of all aspects of the Platform in order to provide and document suggestions on how to create and/or improving processes for both our internal and external customers.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Responsible for documenting processes and creating product deliverables such as requirements, specifications, and prototypes for the CRM applications.
- Collaborate with the cross functional teams to document requests for enhancements, and bug defects.
- Assist the implementation team with grooming the backlog and demonstrate the ability to generate and document user stories.
- Collaborate with the business teams to develop test scenarios and test cases/scripts.
- Conduct qualitative and robust QA testing for all Customer Application projects and enhancements
- Act as a point of escalation for the Service Desk for advanced issue resolution.
- Assist with Salesforce configurations as needed to ensure.
- Report status, issues and risks to the Manger of Customer Applications on a regular basis.
- Improve skills in Force.com products by completing Salesforce trailhead trails
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required - Computer Science, MIS or equivalent.
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
- Experience with the Salesforce Lightning framework
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & FSL)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Experience with Power Point, Excel, Office 365, and MS Word
- Experience with the Agile - Scrum Framework
