ABOUT THE JOB:
Our Customer Success Specialist (CSS) acts as a liaison; communicating with customers providing information and resolving any emerging issues with accuracy and efficiency. This means being able to think quickly on your feet maintaining professionalism and finding a way to make the customer experience fantastic!
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customer transactions through the full cycle
- Processing transactional orders to insure accuracy
- Obtaining and processing signed lease agreements/contracts and/or purchase orders
- Collecting accurate insurance certificate or ensuring customers are enrolled in the WS program
- Collecting payments accurately using a company-preferred method of invoice and payment
- Much more!
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school degree or GED required.
- College Degree preferred; but not necessary.
- Relevant work experience will also be considered!
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment!
- Strong phone contact handling skills is a must!
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is a plus.
