Job Summary:
The Enterprise Sales Manager is responsible to promote, influence, and sell Topcon's ophthalmology and optometry software products in a multi-state territory directly and through our authorized distributors. The AM will be expected to travel up to 50% of the time within the territory and attend national trade shows as scheduled. The AM must become knowledgeable in both the clinical and technical application of all products and remain current on new advances, concepts, products, and etcetera.
Job Description
• Promote, influence, and sell Topcon's ophthalmology and optometry software products in a multi-state territory directly and through our authorized distributors
• Ensuring the Topcon IT Solution proposition is articulated in a way that potential and existing customers can clearly identify the business value and ability to deliver better outcomes that our solutions can provide
• Communicating consistently and accurately with internal stakeholders, to include Marketing, sales teams, to ensure all opportunities are maximized.
• Identify emerging markets and product demands for our Partner Sales Reps, then translate this information into sales strategies and tactics for your assigned territory.
• Consistently achieve sales and revenue goals on a quarterly and annual basis
• The AM will be expected to travel up to 50% of the time within the territory and attend national trade shows as scheduled.
• The AM must become knowledgeable in both the clinical and technical application of all products and remain current on new advances, concepts, products, etc.
• Conduct group presentations to customers for product and/or educational training in support of Topcon products and programs, as required. Tailor presentations and materials for specific customer needs and requirements.
• Maintain continuity with the customer as a source of information, problem solver, and educator.
• Maintain detailed high-quality up-to-date account profiles in our CRM (ongoing).
• Perform special projects or duties for individual enrichment, self-growth, and/or company benefit.
Minimum Job Requirements:
• Past sales experience with EMR, PACS and or Capital Equipment is preferred.
• Sales experience that demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the sales process and ethical business practices.
• A four (4) year degree in technical science or business discipline is preferred.
• The candidate must live no more than 1 hour from a major U.S. airport.
Working Conditions:
• Work from your home office.
• Extensive travel by plane and automobile
• Physical: lifting and lowering boxes and instruments from one level to another (25-100 lbs.)
• Standing: Occasional 8 hour or more time periods during trade show.
