WillScot Mobile Mini Holdings Corporation (Nasdaq: WSC) was formed on July 1st 2020 through the merger of WillScot Corporation and Mobile Mini, Inc., creating the North American leader in temporary modular space and portable storage specialty leasing solutions. ABOUT THE JOB:

The Leader of Data and Analytics is responsible for supporting WillScot Mobile Mini through a data and analytics strategy, enabling the solutions in this space to be a competitive advantage that will drive improved business outcomes. This individual will be a thought leader and ambassador for transformation, the data and analytics strategy and partnership across the organization. The role will partner with senior leaders and require an analytical mindset that can operate in a hands-on and fast-paced environment turning data into a strategic asset.

  • Lead the development and implementation of a data & analytics strategy aligning with WillScot Mobile Mini goals and inspire new business models.
  • Leads the selection, implementation, support, maintenance and training for all enterprise analytics technologies and information delivery.
  • Leads exploration of new data source, data delivery and analytic solutions that deliver value across the enterprise and enable innovation.
  • Responsible for the implementation of enterprise analytics controls and services, and execution of priorities, budgets and agreed upon service levels.
  • Establishes and oversees a data management program that reduces redundancy, facilitates data quality controls, data governance and data security.
  • Works closely with executive and senior leadership to develop WillScot Mobile Mini's analytics strategy and to communicate that vision.
  • Provide solution architecture oversight to ensure we are building a flexible and scalable platform.
  • Develop and track clear KPIs to ensure the value added by the Data & Analytics team's activities.
  • Motivate and lead a high-performing team. Attract, recruit and retain key talent. Provide mentoring, development opportunities, and succession planning as a cornerstone to career development.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • This is a team based role and may assist in other aspects of IT as well as help drive our Company's Strategies and promote our Mission, Vision and Values. WSC has a highly collaborative culture and the successful candidate will work effectively with a broad group of senior executives, peers, and direct reports to perform the above responsibilities.
  • Utilizes and deploys proactive customer relationship management techniques


EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of fifteen (15) years of related experience leading a robust IT team
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree and/or PMP strongly preferred
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to persuade and influence
  • Professional presence with which to interact and influence internally at all levels of the organization and externally with capital markets participants and investors
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills with ability to convey complex concepts visually, logically and simply
  • Ability to utilize and deploy proactive customer relationship management techniques
  • Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute core responsibilities
  • Excellent organizational change-management skills operating in matrix or other ambiguous, complex organizational structure
