Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Professional Services, this position is responsible for outreach activities to universities and Topcon dealers to facilitate product e-learning SasS and application of Topcon product information. This role will be responsible for a comprehensive knowledge of the assigned brand, including products, vision and e-learning priorities.
Responsibilities
- Consult clients in the implementation of Topcon product learning solutions to universities.
- Oversee implementation process/workflow within key departments, communicating timelines, internal and external due dates, and expectation
- Ability to manage multiple project simultaneously while working within tight deadlines.
- Establish and foster strong cross-functional relationships to align all stakeholders on project goals and effectively manage any risks to schedule, cost, content and quality.
- Provide first line response to customer eLearning Courses and Learning Management system (LMS) functionality questions and issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to learn proprietary system functionality and operational procedures to effectively resolve client issues and address queries.
- Utilize Salesforce Case Management to create an effective tracking and resolution workflow system for all client support needs.
- Partner with universities, dealers, and other potential external users to understand and communicate to internal departments the universities/client's objectives and the products and services provided.
- Understand and communicate service level agreements/expectations to the universities/ clients and internal departments.
- Collaborate with internal Subject Matter Experts, Designers and Developers to meet client needs and ensure successful on-time delivery of learning solutions.
Qualifications
- AS or BS in Civil, Survey, Construction Management, Business or related field.
- Understanding of construction technology products.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to proactively conduct out reach to the higher education community and Topcon dealers.
- Learning Management System (LMS) administration experience preferred
- SAAS business salesman ship and case management experience
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Friendly and professional soft skills required along with excellent written and oral communication.
