Summary
This role is responsible for supporting the growing demand for compensation data analytics that requires dissemination into various reporting methods and presentations for strategic use and support that will provide direction for middle managers up to executive senior management in the area of workforce development.

Responsibilities
- Performs activities to develop, implement, and administer compensation, benefits and global mobility policies and programs.
- Audits job content and assists global HR Business Partners in job evaluation and market pricing.
- Supports participation in compensation/benefit surveys to analyze company's competitive position.
- Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines and recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems.
- Recommends company salary structure movements, salary increase budgets, and FLSA exemptions.
- Supports analysis and makes recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, and sales compensation.
- Administers and communicates the company's benefits program plan options, features and enrollment requirements; assists employees with benefit claim administration inquiries.
- Reviews international assignment and relocation proposals against internal guidelines to estimate package cost and necessary vendor resources.
- Analyzes cost containment strategies for all programs.
- Ensures company compliance with regulations governing compensation, benefits, and global mobility practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field (Human Resources, Data Analytics, or similar)
- 2+ years experience supporting and administering Compensation and Benefits programs in the US. Global experience preferred.
- Experience supporting and administering Global Mobility programs preferred.
- Data analytic background is a big plus.
- Must have data analytics platform in order to provide actionable program recommendations.
- Strong data analytics skills with the ability distill large amounts of data using spreadsheets.
- Ability to communicate with internal and external customers regarding sensitive topics such as compensation, medical coverage issues, retirement programs, etc.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are a must and the ability to work with and influence global business partners.
- Basic accounting knowledge to support invoice audit, tracking and vendor payment process.
