For our Spanish Subsidiary,

we are looking for a Geopositioning Sales Support Canaries who will:
  • Performs in house or field service support, Demo, Training for Geopositioning products.
  • Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment.
  • GEO: equipment demo to customers, phone support, support to sales team, equipment calibration,...
  • Serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems.
  • Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures using established procedures.
  • Determines most cost effective resolution to minimize customer downtime.
  • Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues.
  • Help the sales team achieve their goals


REQUIREMENTS
  • University Degree in Survey or equivalent experience
  • Problem Solving Attitude
  • Ability to work with technology
  • Good communicational Skills to deal with internal and external customers
  • Fluent in English is ideal
