For our Spanish Subsidiary,
we are looking for a Geopositioning Sales Support Canaries who will:
- Performs in house or field service support, Demo, Training for Geopositioning products.
- Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment.
- GEO: equipment demo to customers, phone support, support to sales team, equipment calibration,...
- Serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems.
- Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures using established procedures.
- Determines most cost effective resolution to minimize customer downtime.
- Prepares reports for analysis of product failure trends and service ability issues.
- Help the sales team achieve their goals
REQUIREMENTS
- University Degree in Survey or equivalent experience
- Problem Solving Attitude
- Ability to work with technology
- Good communicational Skills to deal with internal and external customers
- Fluent in English is ideal
