About The Role

Topcon is full of innovators, pioneers, and builders. Our increasing growth in Europe requires a dedicated Digital Experience Design Manager (m/f/d) to ensure continued success.

This position is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work creatively and innovate in digital design. The Digital Experience Design Manager (m/f/d) is accountable for the definition and production of multimedia assets. He/She (m/f/d) works on the creative brief on the basis of inputs from the Stakeholders and elaborates the value proposition and develops creative projects. A further part is to deliver the design and the production of visual and multimedia materials used for web marketing, customer experience, presentations, collaterals, events, advertising and broadcast.

What You Will Do
  • Work on the creative brief on the basis of inputs from the stakeholders, elaborate the value proposition and develop creative projects, deliver the design and the production of visual and multimedia materials used for web marketing, customer experience, collaterals, events, advertising and broadcast
  • Design and develop multimedia presentations to support internal/external communication and storytelling at C-Level
  • Work on the identification of the target personas and appropriate touchpoints in collaboration with the Content Marketing Team, design and develop tailored experiences for the target personas throughout different media
  • Collaboration with Brand Management to establish and implement design, format standards and processes to produce consistent and high-quality deliverables, support the review, update and maintenance of the guidelines
  • Support a product launch plan for the products/solutions in collaboration with the content marketing team, work on requirements for the development of the customer journey mapping
  • Manage criteria to select any outside or contract vendor, approve and coordinate projects upon assigned budget, develop and provide creative briefs, supervise developments
  • Monitor the impact of delivered design and rationalizes corrective actions, monitor design trends and provides regular updates to the brand and marketing team
  • Play a key role in building the company marketing culture, with a strong focus on collaboration and interoperability between the various marketing disciplines


What You Need
  • Bachelor's degree in the field of business administration, marketing or similar education
  • 7+ years of experience in graphic and multimedia design
  • Solid knowledge of the markets in which we operate or familiar with the company portfolio
  • Knowledge of brand management and product messaging
  • Familiar with integrated marketing campaigns, proven ability to presentation design and expertise in photo and video editing
  • Good understanding of visual design principles, artistic eye for design, ability to think creatively, able to illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps, attention to details
  • Customer experience and customer journey mapping
  • Experience using UX/UI design - web design (familiar with HTML5, CSS), CMS, CRM
  • Expertise with standard digital design tools, including Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, InVision
  • Exceptional tracking skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong teamwork skills and able to handle the stress of multiple high-pressure deadlines
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills, ability to organize information in a high-level way to communicate key points to partners
