TITLE: Program Manager - Network Operations Security Center (NOSC)

LOCATION:Orlando, FL

OVERVIEW

Streamline Defense is seeking an exceptionally-qualified candidate to serve as a Program Manager in support of the Network Operations Security Center (NOSC) located in Orlando, FL. The Program Manager will be responsible for the development of a Joint NOSC environment that will ultimately provide the Program Executive Office - Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) the enhancement and integration to existing operational platforms, capabilities, and frameworks associated with the PEO STRI programs and systems in order to increase the ability of PEO STRI to more efficiently conduct cyber operations, cross discipline operations, and cross domain operations (air, land, sea, space, and cyberspace) within the modeling and simulation functional areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Reports directly to NOSC Director.
  • Manage day-to-day functions including scheduling, personnel management, and training management.
  • Manage and support Army network interests, Installation Information Assurance Architecture security elements, and all vital systems and services within the area of responsibility.
  • Advises leadership regarding vision and strategy, technology innovations and enterprise architecture services.
  • Ensure all subordinate tasks are completed in a timely manner, tasking guidance from the Government is clear and unambiguous.
  • Coordinates with all NOSC stakeholders to ensure proper support and streamlined services.


REQUIREMENTS
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with information management practices, system development, infrastructure, and operations.
  • Minimum 10 years of government IT-related experience.
  • An excellent verbal and written communicator.
  • Capable of communicating at the General Officer/Flag Officer level.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and creative problem-solving skills.
  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired, but not required.
