What You Will Do
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs in the context of strategic priorities, and develop recruiting strategies to attract the right talent for roles.
  • Facilitate an engaging candidate experience that seamlessly continues through offer and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders- including HR, hiring managers, and vendors- across national boundaries to ensure efficient staffing.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of recruiting and market trends for the EMEA region.
  • Proactively build, maintain and share talent pipelines for key roles.
  • Track and report progress on recruiting activities.
  • Create digital content for Topcon's Talent Acquisition social media channels such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. to enhance brand presence.
  • Collaborate with team members globally to solve complex talent challenges.


What You Need
  • Preferably 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated ability to source and maintain engagement with candidates
  • Strong digital, written and verbal communication skills in French, Italian, or Spanish. Business-level English language proficiency is required
  • Demonstrated expertise in using social media and content creation to attract candidates
  • Proven ability to creatively and strategically attract and engage talent
  • Track record of providing a high-touch manager and candidate experience
  • Ability to manage multiple (and sometimes competing) priorities
  • Strong service orientation, with the ability to engage and partner with managers and candidates at all organizational levels
  • Experience using an ATS, Workday would be ideal but not required
  • Must be proficient with MS Office
