To meet the growing demand, we are looking for a number of colleagues including a Support Specialist (Location: Zellik, BE):

As a Support Specialist (m/f), you assist end customers on site or by phone/email.

Your initiative and organizational skills will help you prioritize daily tasks to ensure that each operation runs smoothly.

You will participate for example, participate in various projects, where you will prepare presentations and give to clients and major marketing events.

Core Duties:
  • Support Topcon technology on construction site machines (Excavators, bulldozers, etc.)
  • Communicate with the head office to reach a solution in case of customer failures.
  • Manage customer breakdowns and requests.
  • Provide support to the sales and marketing team at national and international events.
  • Provide support to the sales and marketing team in relation to documentation, technical advice and demonstrations.
  • Develop as a product specialist and build strong network. Maintain knowledge of the Topcon Solutions.
  • Participate and contribute to specific projects.


  • Provide email and telephone support to customers, network and colleagues by assessing the file and acting appropriately.
  • Accurately record support cases with the goal of properly documenting all information.
  • Develop and maintain manuals and share them online.
  • Create and deliver quality training to end customers and colleagues.

Your profile:
  • Higher professional studies (Bachelor) or degree in a technical direction, IT knowledge, surveying
  • Experience on sites with construction plate machines
  • Experience in land surveying and/or construction
  • Multiple years of experience in a similar role
  • Good communication skills
  • Problem solving thinking to resolve faults via phone or email.
  • Flexible work attitude
  • Stress resistant
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Motivated for self-study and the ability to work independently within a team with minimal supervision
  • Good level of Dutch, English and French (written and verbal)
  • Knowledge of CAD Software
