The Manager, Demand Generation is responsible for collaboratively working with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers. You will be responsible for the oversite of the demand generation strategy, execution, and managing the inside sales lead generation team.
This is a remote opportunity in the US.
In this role you will:
- Manage the development and execution of all lead generation programs.
- Implement new processes and technology to streamline demand generation.
- Measure the effectiveness of the lead generation inside sales team's efforts regularly and move quickly to adjust tactics and strategies as needed.
- Train and coach lead generation team to make full use of content, technology, and campaigns to engage qualified accounts most effectively.
- Leverage CRM, marketing, and analytic systems to execute sales performance
- Experience in Sales lead development in a BPO environment preferred.
- Strong experience working outbound B2B sales, intent marketing, email nurturing, audience segmentation, advertising, content syndication and pay per lead programs.
- Hands-on experience leveraging Salesforce to engage and track relevant sales prospects.
- A big picture mindset with the ability to think creatively and provide out of the ordinary customer experiences.
