About the Role

We provide our clients with a comprehensive view of strategic communications that leverages our integrated suite of services, including financial communications, corporate reputation, transaction communications and public affairs in all the major markets around the world.

Our Digital & Insights practice (D&I) seeks a talented Designer with two to four years of professional experience to join the team in Bogotá or Mexico City. Our D&I team consists of 25 talented and creative individuals in the USA New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, Houston, Portland, and Washington, DC. Our group breaks down into three general teams: Content & Creative, Digital & Social Media and Research & Analytics, covered by skilled professionals in graphic design, video production, social media, research & analytics, data science, content strategy, web design and multimedia, etc.

Projects span a variety of practices and sectors, including but not limited to including Energy, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Public Affairs, Industrials, and Technology. Projects in digital and print design can range from microsites, corporate branding and social media activations to full scale strategy and production for 100,000+ employee intranets and extranets. We are looking for someone who can work in both digital and graphic production, with a strong focus in traditional graphic consulting and design, web design and creative content. The position's primary responsibility will be to design, develop and maintain creative media, presentations and proposals for FTI clients involving branding and corporate communications.

What You'll Do

  • Design compelling and engaging creative assets for a wide range of FTI clients. This will include but is not limited to, social graphics, print brochures, client power points, new business proposals, websites and larger branded campaigns.
  • Assist in the creation of mood boards, wireframes and other visualizations needed to facilitate the design and development process.
  • Contribute creative ideas, brainstorm in a team setting for a variety of industry campaigns and engagements.
  • Collaborate with team members of different skill sets and backgrounds.
  • Work with internal teams and clients to understand project objectives and help develop a scope of work and reasonable timeframes for delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on latest design trends, creative methodologies, UI and UX techniques.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience designing for print, web/mobile and other digital platforms, preferably at a communications agency, digital agency, or consulting firm.
  • BS/BA Degree in Multimedia, Digital Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or related concentration.
  • Must be able to provide a compelling portfolio you have designed independently or work you have created for previous positions.
  • Strong foundation in color theory, typography and layout hierarchy.
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English
  • Must have knowledge of the social network tendencies and how to create designs for each one of those social media
  • Highly proficient in WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign with experience in Dreamweaver, In Vision, Sketch, Axure, OmniGraffle is a plus).
  • Ability to create, design and modify mockups in Bootstrap a plus.
  • Ability to self-manage projects and work within tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility and comfort in working with in print, graphic and web design.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting; adaptable, driven and dedicated.
  • Interest in bringing new ideas, innovations and energy to an established team.
  • Good at problem solving, strong organizational skills with the ability to shift quickly between projects as needed.
