Streamline Defense has an immediate opening for a Scheduler supporting the 137th SOW at Will Rogers Airport, OK. The Scheduler will be responsible for providing scheduling support for all academic, MTD, static aircraft, flight line, and any range support requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Use current scheduling tools utilized by the 137 SOW flying unit. Examples of tools used may include Patriot Excalibur (PEX) and SOF Training and Operations Resource Management (STORM).
- Schedule training events on a daily, weekly, or as needed basis utilizing available resources.
- Schedule non-training resource requirements for Distinguished Visitors, resource requirements for QA, Configuration Management, and other site functional areas requiring system time.
- Flightline schedulers schedule flight training sorties/missions. They generate daily and weekly resource schedules as directed, resolve student, instructor status as directed; maintain a file of instructor qualifications to permit backup of each instructional position so that the normal leave, sickness, and other emergencies will have minimum impact on the training.
- Coordinate ECM ranges (if applicable), aircraft landing zone/airport usage, hot refueling, and other potential flying-type requirements.
- Coordinate class schedules with room assignments for optimum use of buildings and equipment. May assign rooms for student activities.
- Deliver a Lost / Incomplete training events report and other student production reports as required in a government approved format.
- Student Scheduler(s). The contractor will utilize onsite operating instructions to conduct academic and flightline scheduling. The contractor will maintain student schedules to meet a stable mission qualification schedule. Flying Training Unit (FTU) schedules are very dynamic; the 137 SOW's commanders will establish the priority of support. Examples of required duties include:
- Work in close concert with unit personnel to track daily student training
- Schedule contract/active duty/reserve instructors for training programs at their respective locations. FTU commanders will determine the Government interface/integrator for scheduling duties (e.g., Assistant Operations Officer)
- Disseminate weekly schedules and make required changes (to include pushing schedules to students' EFBs if applicable). Schedulers must be able to work in a dynamic flying training environment
- Support operations management, to include functions related to current operations, scheduling and training (to include range/airspace scheduling)
- Track daily student operations (classroom, MTD, scheduling/deconfliction, etc.)
- Assist forecasting, developing, and coordinating with various internal and external agencies for the execution of the unit's classroom, ground, and flying schedule
Requirements:
A minimum 3 years' of unit level current operations or similar experience.
