Overview

Sr. Director, Enterprise Applications

As a Sr. Director for Enterprise Applications in our Technology Information Services you will manage the full software development lifecycle of the Enterprise Analytics Platform (EAP) from a Data Management and Automation perspective. You will use your strong database, ETL, and automation development experience to collaborate within a focused and talented global team.
In this role you will:

• Direct the Development and Project Management of data driven technology solutions
• Utilize your full understanding of ETL and Data Management functionality and processing to validate expected system integration at the data attribute level
• Perform data level design (DDL, DML) of key ERP systems
• Develop ETL data flows from referential and transactional systems to data warehouse
• Apply proven technologies and best practices to create and maintain technical documentation (data dictionary)
• Stay current on future technology and trends and acts as a key advisor to align business
• Act as primary interface between technology and business leadership
• Align with Information Security requirements and regulations
• Assist other IT teams in system and software architecture and design to ensure that assets and implementations are always appropriately secure
• Manage team of engineers and analysts tasked with the development of the EAP.
• Provide oversight, guidance and development of requirements for vendor selection for new and replacement technologies
We are looking for someone who:

• Has a Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or University in Computer Science or related field, or the equivalent combination of Education, Training, or Work experience
• Has 10+ years' experience working with:
o Database (SQL Server/Azure preferred)
o ETL (SSIS, stored procedures, Informatica)
o Enterprise Scheduling: AutoSys, Control-M, ActiveBatch
• Also has 10+ years' experience in managing onshore, nearshore, and offshore Technology teams
• Understands and has used Agile methodology
• Can Travel both Domestically and Internationally as needed, approximate 10%
• Manages time wisely, strong at decision making, and has solid organizational skills
• Plans, reports, establishes goals and objectives, standards, priorities and schedules proficiently
• Leads Intelligently and persuasively while communicating highly technical concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff
