In this role you will:
• Partner with the site to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, and laws.• Act as a business partner to site leadership in employee development initiatives and performance management• Recommend new methods, policies and procedures to improve efficiency of the site.• Maintain HR records and compile reports from HRIS database.• Perform audits to ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.• Respond to escalated employee relation issues.• Travel to various worksites will be required up to 40% of the time
We are looking for someone who has:
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource• 5 years of Human Resource Manager Experience• PHR/SPHR preferred• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems• Outstanding communication and people skills• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities• Experience in call center environment or fast paced work environment preferred.• Must possess entrepreneurial spirit, an "expect greater" attitude and lead by example
