Prometric wants the outcome of the testing experience at one of their testing venues or platforms to be a test result that truly differentiates those who merit the higher test scores. Candidates with higher scores should be more knowledgeable, having greater skills and abilities which will propel them farther along the path of realizing their human potential.

Prometric is in search of a passionate and innovative Director of Client Marketing. In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and lead the client marketing team to drive client awareness and engagement for both new and existing clients, drive adoption of products and services, and grow revenue.

The Director of Client Marketing will inspire, lead and grow a team focused on market and client insights, inform strategy across the entire product and solution lifecycle, from research and market intelligence to positioning and launch, as well as inform ongoing enhancements and product development. You will develop and optimize positioning and messaging for current and new products, and partner closely with Product and Sales to support the company's innovation vision and growth. The right candidate should be passionate about technology, data and analytics, and about driving change for our clients and the industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Leadership:
  • Hire, lead, and develop a small team of high-performing client marketing professionals to ensure the success of product launches and adoption, ensure new and existing client engagement and drive revenue.

Strategy:
  • Lead the development, execution, and measurement of highly personalized account-based marketing programs to create pipeline, increase conversions, and ultimately revenue.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of marketing and sales leaders whose teams will bring product strategy to life in our communication and marketing strategies more broadly.
  • Establish KPIs and track the performance of the client marketing team's efforts to ensure that desired business outcomes are met.


Product Messaging/Positioning:
  • Align with product and sales teams to drive strategy around product positioning for existing products and new launches.
  • Create content (e.g. sales documentation, product videos, website content, thought leadership) to articulate and promote the benefits of our products to the market.


Sales Enablement:
  • Partner with Sales Enablement leadership to effectively communicate and position products to key prospects and clients.
  • Educate both internal and external stakeholders on our product features and benefits.
  • Work with our clients and internal account teams to create key collateral, including sales materials, case studies and customer success stories.
  • Train and support sales and relationship management teams to articulate our product value and competitive advantage.
  • Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.
  • Develop relationships with key clients, helping turn them into advocates.
  • Manage and build various targeted campaigns and strategies designed to guide prospects and current clients through the sales cycle.


Market Intelligence:
  • Execute comprehensive market, client, and competitive research to provide a clear view of the market landscape - using both quantitative and qualitative inputs.
  • Be the expert on our buyers, how they buy, and their buying criteria, as well as on our competition and how we position against them, delivering battle cards, and highlighting differentiators.
  • Communicate effectively and often to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.


Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, client or product marketing, and/or product management
  • Previous experience in B2B, tech, finance or other complex industries
  • Demonstrated experience as a people-focused leader with proven ability to build creative, collaborative teams; develop people; and link performance to overall business objectives
  • Proficiency in HubSpot's Content Optimization System. You will be expected to guide strategy, build product pages, optimize the conversion paths on those pages and drive sales leads
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in business discussions
  • Experience and passion for working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity
