Duties and Responsibilities
Answers incoming calls and greets all guests in a timely and courteous manner Prescreens applicants and schedules interviews, as directed via phone and in person if applicable Manages the daily interview and appointment schedule if applicable Maintains confidentiality of all information and data Files and maintains accurate records and information, including online assessment guides Updates accurate records and information in our ATS and assessment tool if applicable Follows-up with candidates, manages candidates pipeline on a daily basis, confirms training details to hired applicants Responds to general phone calls from clients, employees and potential candidates if applicable Provides General Administrative and Clerical Support Creates new hire packets and support on boarding process Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required
Qualifications
Must have a high school diploma, GED Minimum 1 year administrative experience working in a fast pace, front office environment or customer service related position Must be able to pass a criminal background screening as specified under The Results Companies guidelines Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in the English language for the purpose of public interaction Proficient in MS office product suite (Word, PP, Excel, Access) Demonstrate ability to effectively support the recruiting team and share responsibility for results Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standard Neat and professional appearance
Physical Requirements
Frequent: Bending/stooping, reaching, lifting, carrying, repetitive motions, sitting, standing, walking.Occasional: Kneeling, pushing/pulling.
